Step inside and feel your cares melt away as you take in the soothing color palette and coastal décor of Sandy Cheeks. The kitchen features upgraded countertops, stainless steel appliances and has everything you’ll need to prepare home-cooked meals while on vacation. The breakfast bar adds extra counter space and seats four guests comfortably. Enjoy meals gathered at the dining room close by, with a comfortable dining table seating six guests. The living room is spacious and boasts overstuffed furniture surrounding a large flat-screen TV. From here, step on to the enormous balcony that overlooks the canal. Listen to the wind dance in the reeds as you watch stunning Texas sunsets. Cook on the charcoal grill and dine alfresco at the outdoor picnic table.

The neighborhood this home is located in is high scale. It is an amazing rental! Spacious enough that all six of us had plenty of space. The patio looks out over the canal to the coastal dunes and we spent every night on it talking and star gazing. The home is a few minutes to the beach via a highly maintained boardwalk that will accommodate your golf cart rental. Parking for four vehicles and our golf cart. Highly recommend this house. We had no maintenance issues. And also very close to Port Aransas shops and restaurants. Enjoy!

We loved this rental! Entering this neighborhood is visually stunning at the appearance of the homes, high scale! The home was very accommodating for our four adults and two teenagers. Large living and dining area you can see from the kitchen over a very nice sized bar. We had parking for four cars and our golf cart. Very nice fenced puppy yard accessible from the back patio. The back patio overlooks the canal out to the coastal dunes. We spent every night on the patio star gazing and talking. Home is minutes to the beach via a highly maintained boardwalk that accommodated our golf cart rental. Rental is very close to Port Aransas shops and dining. Silver Sands communication on location,entry to home and their contact info was top notch. We would book again!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was exactly as described, which made it perfect for the needs of our two young grandchildren. It was clean, and the kitchen amenities were much more than any condo we’ve ever stayed in. The one negative, if you can really call it that, was the dining table was so big we couldn’t reach across it to play cards. And the dining chairs were way too heavy for moving about easily. But other than that one minor inconvenience everything was wonderful.
