Relaxation begins the moment you enter Beachin’ Good Time. The kitchen is well equipped for a crowd, with two refrigerators and two dishwashers along with new cookware, dishes and glassware. You will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable including a Keurig and a stand-alone coffee maker. The dining room nearby seats eight guests and is perfect for sharing meals or playing games. The living room has oversized comfortable furniture. Gather around for a movie night after a full day of fun!
The five bedrooms each have memory foam mattresses, blackout curtains and will sleep up to 14 guests. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV with cable and access to its own bathroom! As you enter the first floor you will find the elevator (available for use with a refundable deposit), laundry room and a spacious bunk room. The bunk room has two full-size bunk beds with pullout twin trundles and a private attached bathroom. The back door of this bedroom leads to a covered patio area. You will also find a Queen Bedroom with a private bathroom, equipped with a flat screen TV. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed with an attached private bathroom and a second bedroom with a king-size bed and an attached bathroom. On the third level, you find the large primary suite complete with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and an oversized chair that pulls out to a twin-size bed. There is a pack-n-play and toddler cot for little ones. The views of the gulf through the picture windows in this room are breathtaking.
The patio area comes with your choice of charcoal grills for barbecuing: one smaller Weber grill and a larger pit for those bigger family gatherings! There is plenty of space for friends and family as well as an outdoor shower on the right side of the house to rinse off the sand.
Beachin' Good Time is family-friendly and has been stocked with lots of fun games for kids and adults and books for the whole family including board books for the younger ones. The community pool is located nearby.
Parking is limited while trailers are welcome, RVs are not allowed, per HOA rules. All parking needs to be in the designated parking spaces and not on the street.

**Pet Fee - $50 a day per dog with a maximum of two dogs** For additional security purposes, this house is equipped with exterior cameras.

Great views, house is very nice with lots of space. Everything was clean, beds comfortable, large kitchen, new washer-dryer. Fun having a golf cart! TV’s in every room. This is a wonderful rental for a large family or group. Close to the beach and town-restaurants.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
