Access to beach was walking distance away, kitchen was furnished with plenty of stuff, all beds were comfortable, beautifully decorated. We loved our stay and will be back.

Our family of four (two adults, a 4-year-old and an 18-month-old) took our annual trip to Port A, this time bringing along a set of grandparents and three dogs. While it was a little tight with everyone, the place was very clean and well-furnished, and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. We were a little concerned about parking as the listing and contract stated three vehicle passes and we only received two (we needed a third for a golf cart), but encountered no issues. Bonus: there are baby gates installed on the stairs but they aren’t completely secure; we brought our own so this wasn’t a problem. We have no complaints, it was a great stay and we would rent there again!

We had a wonderful stay at the property close to everything. Very comfortable! If travel with small children, I would stay in the floor bedroom . The upstairs was great. It has extra living area with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms Would definitely stay here again

This convenient comfortable roomy rental is walking distance to the beach & has room for a large (8-10 person) group to cool off, grill & hang out between beach visits. Walkable amenities include beach cart rental, snow cones or pizza, & a 24 hour convenience store. This area felt safe. We left stuff on the porch overnight and nothing was taken. This condo is literally on the beach access road so we enjoyed watching all the wacky beach traffic, endless entertainment here. The host provided lots of extra pillows & blankets & the beds were all comfortable. Everyone in my group loved this spot. We would definitely rent again.

I had a great time here with my family. The place as a whole was clean, had nice decorations, and everything was functional. The location was nice, on the edge of town. It was a quick drive to get everything we needed, but the location wasn't crowded. There is a little beach shop and a convenience store in easy walking distance, which was useful during our trip. The walk to the beach was a little longer than I was expecting, but not so long that we needed a golf cart, even with elderly members of the party. I think the .3 mile estimate is accurate, it just felt a little far when carrying all our beach stuff in the heat. They offered a discount on cart rentals if you're interested in that. Overall, dealing with the management was nice. They were very responsive, and useful during and even after the trip. The only issue here was that the booking process was more involved than other places I've stayed. They did contact me when I missed a step.
