Panoramic views of the Gulf and expansive dunes fill the scenery from the second-story windows and decks that provide a sanctuary-like setting for the patio and backyard. The second-story kitchen features new high-end stainless-steel appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, designer cabinetry and beautiful quartz countertops. The floor plan is ideal for entertaining with an open living room, dining room and kitchen area boasting cathedral ceilings and a 10-foot kitchen island. The living room features a sectional sofa and Smart HDTV.
Upstairs, you’ll find well-appointed and comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite has a lush king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed. A laundry room with a washer and dryer and a full bathroom are located nearby.
On the first floor, you’ll find everything needed for large groups. It has a second living room and game room with a foosball table, Smart HDTV and a game closet stocked with games, puzzles and kid craft items for entertainment. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and Smart HDTV. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds and a Smart HDTV. The fifth bedroom is a bunkroom with two built-in twin-size bunk beds and oversized barn doors allowing for privacy. The first-floor bathroom is conveniently nearby.

The house also offers two single air mattresses if you need additional sleeping accommodations. The house is everything you see in the pictures. Very clean and newly renovated. Nice furnishings and appliances. Also, my husband enjoyed walking to the beach and fishing early in the morning. I enjoyed watching the sunsets and sunrises from the deck.

Great house, beautiful views from upstairs. Highly recommend this house for groups. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and serving large groups. The two living spaces were awesome for our group to spread out. We also loved the game and book closet. Beach was so close, only short walk.

The beach house is even nicer than the photos depict. We were 5 adults and 4 children, all girls. I loved that the kids had a huge area downstairs to play and hangout when we were not at the beach. It was also great that their bunk room could be closed off at night. The kitchen was well stocked with even a blender and other small appliances. It was great having a cabinet of spices as we cooked several meals. I was surprised that the board walk was only two doors down and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was so nice not to have to drive back and forth with some of us going at different times than the rest. The beach had no seaweed and was so enjoyable we spent most of our time there and never made it to the pool. The girls loved chasing and catching small crabs with flashlights and small nets that we had read about. We let them go at the end of our hunt and it made a hysterical video as they all scampered away. We made some great memories and look forward to coming back to this beautiful beach house.

Loved everything about this house. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make three amazing meals a day for an entire house of family! The kids loved the foosball table and their giant bunk room. The furnishings and decor is so stylish and comfortable. I couldn’t have done it better myself… The porches were amazing to enjoy the view of the beach and the dunes and even the sunset! The Adirondack chairs upstairs and downstairs were so great to enjoy the evenings and mornings. The short boardwalk to the beach and the close access to town we’re both amazing bonuses. We will only stay at this house in the future when coming to Port A. Thank you for sharing your lovely house!
