This trail/boardwalk (visible from the back porch) meanders 1.3 miles through the wetlands ending at the nationally famous Leonabelle Birding Center. Raised walkways and pavilions on stilts provide wonderful wildlife viewing. See if you can spot Boots, the 14’ alligator that has been resident below the main pavilion for decades. He is a crowd favorite!
