The primary king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub. Step out onto the balcony from the primary bedroom to watch spectacular sunrises. The guest bedroom offers two twin-size bunk beds and a full-size bed. The second full bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

One parking space is available with limited additional guest parking. Boats and trailers are allowed. The condo is on the second floor and is not ADA accessible.

Although the unit has great potential, it seems either the owner or property manager chooses to ignore maintenance issues even in the peak season...not a good sign! Broken AC in the game room (for at least a month I was told); Almost every kitchen drawer broken; moldy shower curtains; shelves broken of the wall and laying there; paint falling off the ceiling; bunk bed later broken (kids had to dangerously climb outside of bed); blood stains on the pillows, coffee maker pot had a hole broken out of the glass, etc. Despite those things, we had good time. Thank you!

The unit was adorable, clean, spacious, and well maintained. The walk to the beach involves a drive and a very long boardwalk, with stairs. There is no elevator for handicapped accessibility to get to the unit. The proximity to the beach was grossly misrepresented.

This is a good place to stay. Clean and comfortable. The pool is nice. A little far from the boardwalk. Looks like they are replacing the flooring. We we’re very pleased.

Our unit was clean and comfortable for our family of 5 (kids aged 5-10yrs old). It’s a quiet community. Hot tub was much appreciated in the chilly Spring Break weather. Short walk to beach on private path for guests. We would gladly stay again. For the owner’s consideration to bring up to management company: The kitchen drawers are the off hinges, paint peeling in shower, “heated” pool not working for a year now, according to groundskeeper. The stairwells and front door areas to the units need a power wash. Small cosmetics that make the difference. But fix the “heated” pool or remove that from the description. It was a selling point when we searched for places to stay.

The service from Silversands was awesome! Anytime we had to call they came. The condo on the other hand, was very run down and not very well taken care of.

Details
Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
