This is our second time to stay at this home, and we would return for a third! With a king size bed in each of the four bedrooms, plus a loft with double bunks (full size on top and bottom), it is a great place to stay with multiple families or extended family! We enjoyed having the porch to hang out on (you cannot see the ocean), easy walking access via a wooden bridge to the beach (nice so we could walk back at lunch), and a convenient pool for a quick dip. The pantry is nice and big so you can stock up (and store) groceries. The home is in a great location to drive around on golf carts - to dinner, to the beach, souvenir shopping, get ice cream, etc. Definitely rent a golf cart! The pictures shows an old-school coffee pot, but there is also a Keurig coffee maker. The king-size mattresses are due to be replaced, as it's obvious they've been slept on with the body caves, but it's not a deal breaker. The description needs to amended slightly, as it states that there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; however, one of those bedrooms has its bathroom in the hallway. I was glad I brought a few extra bath towels from home. Overall, good experience and good price point.

Great locations, comfy beds and plenty of elbow room. The kitchen has the basics but not a lot of extras or in quantities for 12. For example, there was only one small cookie sheet so we had to improvise to bake biscuits for our group of 12. Plan on one wash cloth and towel person. There are no extras. It’s an easy walk down the street to get to the beach.

The location is great and the house is spacious and comfortable. We stayed at this location last year and would go again. But what we forgot is to bring our own bath towels. The towels provided are cheap, thin and each guest is only provided one bath towel and one washcloth. Each bathroom only had one hand towel. Bring extras. The house description on the SilverSands website says “prepare home-cooked meals in the fully stocked kitchen that will appease the pickiest of chefs.” Nope. The house only has one very small cutting board (size used for cutting limes). There is not one quality knife for cutting. Only one kitchen towel was provided. No measuring spoons. No colander. The truly annoying thing is using the dishwasher. The builder did not allow enough room and the dishwasher door hits the side of the oven door. You have to open the oven door to be able to open the dishwasher door. Even then it’s still impossible to slide the bottom rack of the dishwasher out all the way. Little details but they make a big difference.

That we would definitely come back

Pictures dont justify this place. It has plenty of space and perfect walking distance to the beach. Had a great time and expecting to come back
