Pool heating should be requested at time of booking. The extra fee must be paid at check-in at the Silver Sands office. Pool heating can be added after check-in; but it may take as long as 24hrs to heat the pool. The elevator fee is $100.00 The Sanctuary has driveway parking for 4-5 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted within Island Park Estates. Damage to landscaping from vehicles or golf carts will result in extra charges. The Sanctuary is a non-smoking home both inside and out. Any larger events like weddings must be coordinated with Silver Sands Vacation Rentals with approval from the homeowner. Extra fees might be incurred. THIS HOME FEATURES SMART SYSTEMS THAT WILL DISABLE THE AC IF THE DOORS OR WINDOWS ARE LEFT OPEN. This home is also equipped with a home security surveillance system located on the exterior. Landscape maintenance takes place during the week. Management does have control over the days or times landscape maintenance will take place. NO refunds will be given for inconveniences caused by landscape maintenance. CONSTRUCTION: Island Park Estates is a growing community with construction work beginning at 8:00am and ending by 6:00pm Monday through Saturday. Occasionally there are workers at construction sites on Sundays. Construction noise may be audible at The Sanctuary due to its proximity to ongoing or new work sites. Silver Sands staff will make every effort to notify guests of any nearby construction at the time of booking. However; please keep in mind the flexibility of start and completion dates. If there are any concerns during your stay; please contact the Silver Sand staff. NO refunds will be given for construction inconveniences.
