This area is perfect for BBQing and gathering under the covered Pavillion. Play a game of Ring Toss or Washers; relax in the Adirondack chairs; and watch the kids play in the clubhouse. The backyard is great for watching the sunset and charging up for the next day. Cake by the Ocean has a fully fenced-in backyard for your pets. In addition, two outdoor dog crates are partially protected from the elements. Located on popular 11th St. and close to everything; makes this home Golf Cart accessible and within walking distance to the beach. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, and when it's time to head to the beach or local restaurants and stores, the location is ideal. If you have a special flag or windsock, you want to fly, just raise the collapsible Flag pole in the front yard and let your group know where you are.
