Both bedrooms have flat screen tv's. You will encounter a cozy bedroom with classic furnishings; and a King size bed. The downstairs offers a great seating area with a sleeper sofa. You will also be able to enjoy meals from home in the phenomenal kitchen. There you will experience the high end appliances; granite counter tops; stunning cabinetry and the incredible breakfast bar. This kitchen has all of the items needed to prepare that wonderful meal! The well-appointed dining room and fabulous kitchen are all included in this open floor plan for everyone to enjoy after a fun-filled day at the beach. Enjoy the relaxing living room on the sleeper sofa with amazing gulf views from the entire third floor. What a perfect end to a perfect day! There are two master bedrooms located on the second floor with a king size bed and massive en suite bath. The kids quarters offer two twin over twin size bunk beds with a queen size bed with a shared bathroom. The elevator access is perfect to take between the floors. The view from the third floor and the 5 minute walk to the beach make this property 100% worth it. Great for extended families with a lot of space to spread out. Make sure you bring your own toiletries and laundry detergent as kitchen/bath linens were a little scarce.

The view from the 3rd floor and the 5 minute walk to the beach make this property 100% worth it. We were there with extended family and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own bathrooms. Another reason we booked this house was for the elevator, a few family members don't do stairs well. A huge bonus we didn't expect was the elevator being available to help haul luggage up and down levels - so nice and my husband's knees were appreciative. As for advice, I always bring my own toiletries anyway, but make sure to bring some hand lotion as none was provided, also either laundry detergent or a few extra kitchen/bath towels. The elevator is also a little finicky about doors being completely shut on all floors in order to work properly. Once we figured that out, it worked great.

Love that each bedroom has it's own attached bathroom. Great open family space on the third floor. Wifi and other blue tooth capabilities on the TV were great for listening to music. Beautifully kept and we would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Banyan Beach.

Very comfortable house, every room with their own private bathroom. Kitchen and common areas super spacey and with and amazing view on the third floor. Beach is walking distance and also very close beach access by car.
