You’ll find two parking spaces available for your cottage. Rent a golf cart for a quick and fun access to the beach and around town and park it in your 2nd spot! Please know there is no overflow parking especially in the retail area.
Live the coastal lifestyle at Old Town Cottages! Each cottage features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and two sets of twin-over-twin bunks in the second bedroom. Each bedroom features a sleek design and comes with a 40-inch flat-screen Smart TV. A queen sleeper sofa rounds out the sleeping arrangements in the living room. Each cottage has two full baths, including one in the primary bedroom with its own full bath and walk-in shower.
The dual kitchen and living spaces have everything you need to relax in comfort and style, including a 50-inch Smart TV. The modern kitchen features granite countertops, state-of-the-art stainless appliances and all the equipment necessary to prepare everything from a quick beach snack to a gourmet meal. There’s also a washer/dryer combo in this area to allow you to refresh the provided supply of bath towels as needed.

The cottage was great and no complaints there. The TV service sucked. It did not work more than half the time and then it buffered constantly. My big complaint is the included golf cart. A 4 seater cart is included but I upgraded to hold the 6 of us. To upgrade from a 4 to 6 seat I was charged $75 a day. Your website has the 4 seat at $125 a day and the 6 seat at $149 a day.. I was not given a good explanation for the girl at the golf cart place. I feel I was way overcharged and will not book with you next year. I can get a fair deal elsewhere. We have not had this problem before with Silver Sands and have used you for years.

We had a great time. The room was very clean and comfortable. The cart being included was very convenient. Only thing I would suggest is that the cart be washed down between occupants.

Management was not easy to get a hold of for any help. They promised help to get in because the codes would not work, the man on the phone said he would send someone out within 15 minutes….they never showed. After waiting over an hour for said person… I finally called a nice gentleman that came instantly to help get us in. I asked if he was notified about the problem he said nope. I also thought the 50. a day fee is a little steep for pets. And, the king mattress needs to be replaced. But, other then that it was a very nice property to use.

Love the Unit we stayed in. Very nice and comfortable. Only problem was the golf cart. The seat belt closure were so rusted we couldn't use them making it dangerous for the grandchild and us. Only complaint we have.
