The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and a full bathroom. The additional guest bedrooms and second living area are located on the second floor. The first guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV. The bunk bedroom offers a twin-over-full-size bunk bed with a flat-screen TV. There is a sleeper sofa in the second-floor living room for extra guests. Deposits

If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.

Cancellations

After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
