When you’re ready to turn in after a long day of adventure, the well-appointed bedrooms are a great place to rest your head! The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a twin daybed and a private bathroom with the washer and dryer. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed. The second bathroom is conveniently located nearby. Each bedroom along with the spacious living room has access to the private balcony!
When you’re ready to start your day, head down to the beach using the private beach walkover or lounge by the community pool!
One parking space is available with limited additional guest parking. Boats and trailers are allowed. The condo is on the second floor and is not ADA accessible.

My stay with yall was great except for when we checked in, the condo was a mess like if someone just left before we got there. Took about 2 1/2 hours to get everything situated but up until someone came to clean up, I thought the worst for the start of my trip. But then once it was sorted the rest of the stay was exactly what I expected. I just wish there was a way to get back the start of my trip.

The place was not bad but I was frustrated that the ad was misleading. We had originally rented another house with a private pool and 3 rooms. We knew the beach water would be cold and we wanted to keep our 3 kids busy. For some reason, less than a week before our trip, we were told that place wasn't ready so they switched us to this place. The listing said 2 rooms, master with king bed and private bath, heated shared pool, tvs with cable and internet... these things were not accurate. The owner had rearranged rooms so the guest room with the smaller beds was the one with the private bath, the pool was not heated and the hottub was out of order for part. The clubhouse had a pool table and ping pong table that were tore up and really not useful. The TV did not work for the 1st 2 days, the internet never worked. Luckily my husband brought his Hotspot for work. If this was a place for just my husband and I, it would have been great, but with 3 kids and us it was not at all what we had wanted or expected. We had planned and prepaid this trip months prior, so waiting until the last possible minute, when obviously most places would be booked for spring break, to tell us there was an issue was the biggest problem.

The unit is decorated nicely and has everything you may need to cook and stay in. However, it has a unit above and we listened to children run and jump around late into the night and early in the morning. It was a cool night so we decided to skip the pool and sit in the hot tub. It is not hot...maybe a couple degrees warmer than the pool. They need to add some black out curtains or shades for those that may want to sleep later than sunrise. We never did find a walkway to the beach except if you go next door to Port Royal and then they stopped us so we just drove there. If you are on a budget, it would be good for you.
