Large granite island in the kitchen. Custom cabinets; 10ft ceilings throughout the entire house! The king Tommy Bahama master bedroom suite that opens to the pool has an en suite bath that boasts a huge walk-in-shower and double sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen bed overlooking the pool and sunny back yard. The night stand has hidden USB and electric outlets. The third bedroom has a double over double bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. All mattresses are pillowtop. Direct TV and blu ray in every room. Sony 60' TV in living room. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Bar cabinet in the dining room is fully equipped with wine glasses; and all the tools to make the perfect drink to sip by the pool. Soft leather couches with lumbar and neck controls that fully recline. Palliser chair with hidden electric remote control to lay almost flat that rocks and swivels. The grassy back yard is fully fenced for the kids and the pets and has another table for 4 that can be used while cooking on the propane grill. The covered front porch offers rockers and a porch swing for enjoying the beachy air. $250 Refundable deposit to use pool remote with heating option. The front and back of the property is protected by video surveillance. Walk over to Cancun restaurant; enjoy morning coffee at Waves; or 361 Bar for drinks. House was great, location great! But we had to go buy toilet paper, soap, trash bags, paper towels because the house was not properly stocked. Just a little inconvenient for the money we spent

This home is beautiful and perfect!! Had a great time with my husband and our dog. Fenced in backyards and the pool was perfect. The French doors throughout just beautiful. If I had to write a con it would be it did take awhile for the house to cool down durning the evening. But other then that will definitely be coming back and booking through Silver Sands

House is very convenient to town and beach. Was clean, large open kitchen, dinning and living space. Pool area was nice and refreshing after day at beach. Downside is house is across the street from retail space. Front porch faces backside and there are 4 dumpsters across the street for your view. Propane tank for bbq was left turned on so propane tank was empty. Thankfully we had our charcoal grill we use at the beach so we were able to grill at the house. Overall nice house, good for families with plenty of space.

A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.

Cancellations

After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
