When you arrive at Tranquil tides, you’ll feel immediately relaxed. The open concept living area features vaulted ceilings and plenty of space to gather as a family. Find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Cozy seating is provided at the dining table for eight, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The living room has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a family movie night on the 55-inch Smart HDTV. Tranquil Tides has beachy accents that include seagrass rugs, the owner’s personal collection of prints from favorite Hawaiian artists, seashell accessories and custom comfy furniture.
The primary bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. Downstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed and Smart HDTV. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full-size bunk bed also with a Smart HDTV. Both bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. For additional sleeping accommodations, the comfy sleeper sofa in the living room converts to a queen-size bed.

This property was exactly as pictured. It was such a comfortable layout and had plenty of space for everyone. I especially appreciated the amount of hooks located all over for a convenient place to hang towels, hats, etc. We cannot wait to come back!

There was no hot water in the kitchen sick or half bathroom upstairs. The WiFi username and password were incorrect and could not be located when trying to log into it. Was not aware we would not have access to the garage, I think I should have been told this either at reservation. Only because I’ve had use of the garages before when I’ve stayed there on property.

Home was very nice. There were a few minor issues. All the towels were damp, folded and put away. (NOT DRY) I re-washed and dried them before use. No one in the unit when we got there at 3:15 but were not allowed early check in. We sat in the driveway until the doors would unlock. Very hot and not necessary. This could be an upgrade to someone else that might stay. To allow them in if housekeeper is done and the placer is empty anyway. There was no modem or internet in the unit. The golf cart seat belts were not working. I had small children. I head to take it to the rental place to swap it out. They are very nice and took care of it. Just the inconvenience of having to take the extra time yo do that. Overall, very pleased and pleasant stay.

House was very clean & nicely furnished. The kitchen is bigger than the pictures. Great location as it is so close to town & the beach. I would stay there again.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
