This is the second time we have used Silver Sands and both times have been great! Last year we stayed in town at a place called Wikki Beach and thus past weekend at a little further out at Bella Vida. Check in and check out is always easy and convenient. Who ever Silver Sands is using for their cleaning service does an excellent job. Both times the places we have stayed have been super clean! Coming back in July and staying at another rental with Silver Sands and we cannot wait!

Everything was about as good as it gets for sure the best stay to date. Two three opportunities: 1. Maybe an extra bath towel or two 2. The 4 o'clock check in time just seems so late and basically eats up a full day. Maybe consider 1 or 2 o'clock? This late check in allowed us only 2 full days. 3.There was some 'blood' on the downstairs master bedroom door, pillows and bathroom floor when we arrived. This was really kinda unusual/alarming. The source was unknown. We had the best time as a family at this location. Thank you.

We loved Bela Vida we will definitely be back. The kitchen sink needs to be fixed as soon as you turn it on it sprays so hard that anyone near the sink gets wet other than that we loved it.

The house was very nice. The kitchen has Everything, Cooking Pans, plenty of plates, cups, coffee cups, utensils; a Crock Pot, a Keurig. There is even a BBQ pit. We loved that we had no close neighbors however there was construction so close homes are coming soon. There were a couple of issues. First, the home is a 3 Story Home and it may have been my fault but I did not realize you have to pay a Deposit to use Elevator. I called maintenance and they informed me that we have to pay a Deposit to use Elevator, fine no problem, I called office to pay Deposit for use of Elevator. The Maintenance guy came out and said he would have to contact the Elevator People because there were issues with the Elevator. We opted out on having the Elevator people come out because we did not want to wait around for him to come and at that point they informed me we do not have to be there for the guy to enter the house. We were not comfortable with anybody entering the home when we were not there. Also the TV was not working properly. Again the maintenance guy came out and said he would have to call Spectrum to install a New Box which again we declined because we did not want anybody entering the home when we were not there. Other than these 2 problems, the house was Great.
