You’ll find the in-house washer and dryer tucked away in the primary bathroom, making it easy to refresh your swimsuit at the end of the day. Upstairs, three more bedrooms await your guests with cozy bedding and comfortable mattresses. Discover a queen-size bed in the en suite second bedroom and a full-size bed in the third bedroom. Perfect for kids to camp out, the fourth bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-size bed with a twin-size pull-out trundle. We stayed at 705 Sunrise Avenue for a week and it was a perfect beach getaway. The spacious home is located walking distance to the beach, but your best bet is a golf cart. You simply load up all your gear and follow the well-marked path out to the beach; it’s a 3 minute drive. You can drive your golf cart to your site for the day, literally parking 3 feet from your umbrella and towels. There is a private area on the beach designated for Sunflower guests, and you can have umbrellas and chairs set up and waiting for you if you so desire. The home would be perfect for 2 families sharing the space, and was incredibly roomy for our family of 5. There’s a great master bedroom on the first floor with a rainfall shower that is amazing after a long day at the beach. Upstairs, there is another master suite, and two bedrooms that share a spacious jack and jill bathroom. One upstairs bedroom has bunkbeds, making this an ideal choice for groups with 2 adult couples and a bunch of kids. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, including a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip pot, depending on your preference (coffee is important). And there’s a cozy outdoor sitting area in the courtyard. The house is very well decorated and was spotless and well-maintained when we arrived. Plenty of towels, but bring your own for the beach. There are giant flatscreen smart TVs in every single room, and super-fast internet, so you can just log into whatever streaming service you use with no hassle. The owner was a pleasure to work with and checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. And the staff that works for the community made checking out golf carts a breeze. I am certain that if an issue arose (it didn’t) that between the conscientious owner and the friendly on-site staff, you would be well taken care of. This home is in one of the newest and hottest neighborhoods on the beach in Port A. If you are looking for a top quality vacation rental in Port A, you’ve found it.

The house was awesome and perfect for our family memorial day vacation!! We had two families and everyone was super comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. Easy golfcart ride to the beach, resort amenities were great abs we swam in the pool everyday! Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. Can’t wait to go back!!
