This was our first trip to Port Aransas and our stay at Sunflower Beach was PERFECT. Great location, easy access to the beach, and the house was a great fit for a family of four. I highly recommend Sunflower Beach Resort and will defiantly rebook on the next trip down.

All was good except the unit we rented had a number of problems. The lock broke. I must say thought that the people really moved quickly to fix it as we were locked out. The upstairs TV did not work (asking for a subscription). We were supposed to get a wedding discount on our Golf Cart but I noticed it was not applied. There was a ton of construction. I had roofers lifting plywood over my car. There were nails all over the parking lot and hammering early in the morning. For the price we paid the value with these issues were just not there.

We had a great time at the Sunflower 🌻. We stayed in the Casa Blanca. It was nicely furnished and quiet. Our 4 year old will be talking @ her beach getaway for a long time! :)

Very nice home, new, clean, and well appointed. Some suggestions for improvement:. Air conditioning system was not adequate to cool the house. We were unable to get the temperature below 77 during the day or night. Also, due to recent rains, there were lots of mosquitoes outside and we were unable to enjoy the patio. It would be a good idea for the subdivision to hire a fogger to go around at night and spray for mosquitoes. It also would have been helpful if we had known the only coffee maker was a Keurig. They didn’t provide any Keurig cups, so we had no way to make regular coffee.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
