We enjoyed our stay @ the Salt Life condo. Loved the decor! Had everything we needed in the kitchen, our daughter even made cookies while we were there. It's situated not far from the beach, which was great! No complaints, we enjoyed our stay there.

Overall the stay was good. I am a little upset at the way a Maintenance issue was handled. Upon arriving our first night, it was noted that the bed frame in the master bedroom was broken and causing the bed to be severely slanted. We called Silver Sands to address the problem, we were told to “wait until next day.” This caused us to have to sleep on the floor and couch for our first night stay. The next day, maintenance did come and fix the problem , and we were told by silver sands that we would discuss resolution to the fact we slept without a bed our first night. I reached out several times and was continually ignored when I brought up the issue. I would’ve liked a reasonable resolution and for silver sands to live up to their word of making things right.

Salt Life was clean and adequately met our needs. We are a family of 4 with twin 5 year olds. It was just enough room at a reasonable rate. Our first family vacation was a success! I gave 4 stars because the golf cart was lacking in many areas. The seat belts did not work properly, the brakes were “iffy”. I specifically searched for homes that included golf carts to transport my kiddos back & forth to the beach. I was hoping to explore the downtown area in it as well, but unfortunately, that couldn’t happen because I did not feel safe carting around two five year olds. I feel like this area needs definite improvement. In the future, I will take the extra step and time to rent a quality, safe cart from one of the island vendors.

Location was Great and unit was clean. We enjoyed the weekend. The only issues were no WIFI available as stated in the instructions and the golf cart provided did not have working brake lights.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
