Inside, guests will find an open floor plan. The spacious living room offers enough seating for the entire group, a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Adjacent to the living room is the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and seating for six. The dining area seats an additional seven guests.

The first primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is a bunk room with a set of queen-size bunk beds. The fourth bedroom offers two sets of twin-size bunk beds. The third full bathroom is shared with the third and fourth bedrooms.

We loved the rooms in the home and the kitchen was great; but two of the appliances we wanted to use did not work and it took a day and more phone calls to get the non-working appliances replaced. The golf cart was not fixed during our stay. There was no reverse in it. We could push it backwards, and forward worked. It just wasn’t always real easy to push it where it had to go.

We loved this house! Location was great and the house was plenty big for 4 adults and 3 small children. The golf cart is a must so we were very thankful to have it! The house comes with everything you would need.

This is our first time staying at beach buzz but our third time at a Silversands Property and I am always impressed by the quality of the properties and service! Beach buzz was the perfect house for us and our friends. Large kitchen area was great for cooking meals for the 10 of us, and all the outdoor covered seating areas were amazing for sitting out and watching the rain the one day we got rained in! I would 100% stay at beach buzz again!

We had a wonderful experience at the Beach Buzz House over the 4th of July Weekend! I have sent the link to several of our friends. Thank you for sharing it with us! There are two important things I would like to inform the owner of. 1. The golf cart sticker is out of date. While on the beach, a police officer informed us that the sticker is out. The color should be green. He did not give us a ticket but someone else may get one if it is not addressed soon. 2. We noticed the railing on the balcony adjacent to the bedrooms (the back balcony) is broken. Our guests were all adults and one teenager so we knew not to lean on it. However, it is a hazard and should be repaired soon.
