Enjoyed the house, its layout and the elevator came in very handy. The space was wonderful, the bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the extra restrooms were great for families with kids. THe electric wall outlets in the master bathroom did not work, nor did the cable connection for the Master bedroom. The limited TV options in this room were frustrating. Getting the golf cart replaced quickly on Monday morning was a very pleasant surprise for Silver Sands, must have new people handling problems. Overall, the house deserved a 5-start rating.

The house layout was great and worked well for our family. The 3rd floor was very nice and roomy for everyone to hang out. It was a quick walk to the beach and golf cart was a nice amenity. However, there were a few maintenance and cleaning issues when we arrived, which the management company was very responsive to. However the amenities in the house are lacking. There were no kitchen towels, one bath rag and hand towel per bathroom. We had to purchase our own garbage bags for the kitchen. No laundry detergent and only 2 dishwasher pods. Also, the fridge in the kitchen had a difficult time keeping our frozen items frozen. Overall we enjoyed the house, but would have appreciated upgrade amenities.

Beautiful house. Great location ... we traveled with 4 other couples and this house was perfect for our group. Love the pool and outside area. Note that there is not a shuffleboard as pictured in the listing. Kitchen is very well stocked and the elevator saved us all up the 3 flights of stairs to kitchen area. . The only negative is that several of the beds are very uncomfortable . One of the couples could not even sleep together because the bed sunk down to the floor in the middle. Definitely need an upgrade to several of the beds.

The house is lovely with plenty of room to spread out. Management responded to our requests and fixed it even with the Thanksgiving holiday. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at House of Views.

The house of views exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and fit everyone perfectly. When there was a question or concern someone from Silver Sands was always available.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
