On the first floor you are greeted with the first guest room with a queen-size bed and shared bathroom. This plush room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV to enjoy. The second floor is where the other three guest rooms are located. The first is another queen-size plush bed with direct access to the back decks of the home. The second room is a bunk room with a triple queen-size bunk! This room also has a large flat-screen TV and shares a bathroom with the other guest room. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed and is an oasis that will have you never wanting to leave. It has spectacular gulf views, stunning sunrises, a shower with a view and serene sea breezes. You’re sure to feel like you’re in your own personal spa.
As you come up the stairs or elevator to the third floor, you will be greeted by the open floor plan of the living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen! With seating for six at the dining table and four at the bar, you will have plenty of space to entertain. Loved staying in this beautiful home with our family for 3 nights. However there were a few things we felt for the price should have already been addressed. The kitchen faucet spews water at you when you turn it on, there were no kitchen linens at all to use and the mis-matched living room furniture spread against the wall seemed sub-par for the price of the rental and in comparison to other homes we have stayed in down the street. The air-condition blew very cool which was awesome with the Texas heat and the use of the golf cart for free was very helpful for going to the beach.

House was way beautiful. Inside and out. The view was spectacular. Every family member that came over was amazed by the house. The floors and walls looked brand new. There is even an elevator to get up to the 3rd story. All the rooms were big and roomy. The master is gorgeous. The pics dont do the house justice. Thank you for letting us stay at this Beautiful house.

We had a wonderful family vacation but feel some things need to be addressed in the house. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. The water sprayed and the faucet didn't move correctly. We were told the coffee pot was a Keurig so we brought coffee pods. It dripped slowly and ran over at times. We found a regular coffee pot in the cabinet and wish we had known ahead of time. We could have used more hand and wash cloths in the bathrooms since there were 7 of us. Only 2 dishwasher pods were provided so we had to purchase more, as well as garbage bags. All in all, the house was perfect for us, even with the inconveniences.

We had originally booked through Air B&B and their system didn't register that the property was double booked. We arrived to someone in "our" house! Cheryl Sain with Silver Sands Vacation Rental saved the day and found us an even better property within the hour! Aquaholics is in a great location, quiet and close to the beach. The property is very equipped, clean and in like-new condition. The elevator helped my parents get up and down the 3 flights of stairs. The free golf cart was fun to take on the beach.

The house was very cheerful. Very clean. Great distance from the beach. The beds were comfortable and everything in the house was very good quality. I had to call Silver Sands twice to ask a question and they were super helpful and kind. We had a great stay. Thanks!
