The indulgent primary suite provides a king-size bed, full-size futon, flat-screen TV, private balcony access and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk-in, double-headed shower. The first floor offers two additional bedrooms, a Jack and Jill bathroom and a large laundry room. The second guest bedroom offers a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The third guest bedroom has a twin-over-full-size bunk bed with a trundle and a flat-screen TV.
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, fresh towels and linens and Silver Sands concierge service. Golf carts are available to rent.
Village Walk neighborhood rules: the property manager will provide parking passes upon your arrival. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed at Village Walk. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no street parking or parking in red zones.

Our stay at birds of paradise was great. The living space and master was upstairs and we loved having access to the big patio. The place was clean when we got there. We had no problems at all booking or with check in. The only thing we have problems with is the dishwasher did not work and there was a leak under the sink. . We also rented the 2 seater golf cart. It’s a gas cart so it had a little problems in the beginning or going slow, but once it got full throttle, it ran great. I would recommend this house if you’re not worried about going up and down the stairs. We were a little nervous at first because we have a three-year-old but the stairs had carpet and a baby gate.

The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I was a little worried about all the bad reviews I saw on goggle but I was quite happy with the accommodations. My only complaints would be that the golf cart was on its last legs and I thought that there was beach access from the property. In all it was a great stay.

Love Willage Walk Complex and we love the location to everything you need, beach, town, stores. Parking is a little tight for bigger vehicles, but we have learned to managed. This particular unit was a little challenging for us. We are older and don’t like the fact that the kitchen and living area is on the second floor. It’s hard when your carrying your groceries up and wanting to refill your ice chest for a day at the beach. It a lot of up and down. I can deal with bedrooms on the second floor, but main living and kitchen needs to be on the bottom floor for us. We loved the fact we had access to the garage, as there were 6 adults with two cars and 2 golf carts. This made for plenty of parking. This home had everything we needed and was very comfortable and very clean!!! Also the neighboring community must have had one heck of party that went on until past 4 am on one of the nights we were there. The master bedroom upstairs faces that neighboring community. Needless to say one night of no sleep. Heard lost of chanting “ twerk” “twerk” and loud music throughout the night. I’m sure it was college grads. Good for them bad for us. This is our second time to stay at Village Walk . Our First time at “Birds of Paradise”. We won’t stay at this particular unit again only because of those stairs to the main living area. Better suited for a younger family. Ps they painted the dowel rods in the master closet white and when you went to hang your clothes on them the paint peeled off and covered our clothing with peeled paint. Suggestion don’t paint the dowel rods. Also none of the Roku remotes worked beyond the living area. We even replaced the batteries. Finally downloaded the Roku remote app on my phone to get the TVs to work. Internet fades In-n-out. Also wanted to say Silver Sands is so accommodating and pleasant to work with. I Love how everything is done via the app and email.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
