Wave On Wave is a two bedroom two bath condo that sleeps six people. It is conveniently located close to town and half a mile to the beach. It is the perfect location for souvenir/grocery shopping and local restaurants within walking distance.

This cozy newly remodeled space comes with plenty of seating in the living room and kitchen ready to cook up a quick meal. The living room and second bedroom include a smart TV with Wi-Fi access throughout the condo. Come relax at Wave On Wave Condo and enjoy your favorite beverage on the patio with a fresh ocean breeze in the air that overlooks the shared pool and community pond. Pets are allowed with a fee.

Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.

All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.

A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, make-up remover wipes and bath soap. Guest is responsible for any additional needs.

Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

Deposits

If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.

Cancellations

After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
