I can tell you this…after our experience this time we will never stay in anything other than a top floor. As much as we love the Ohana condo, the people staying above us were so unbelievably noisy. Woke us up most mornings before 7am. It sounded like a jungle gym…kid(s) jumping nonstop, people walking like elephants, you name it. It was bad day and night. Sounded like a road rally above us. We wanted to get away for the week, rest up, relax, watch movies, sleep in….and they made it nearly impossible to enjoy. It’s why we left a day early. We were afraid they were still there and we couldn’t take another minute. So, maybe we’d rent a top floor condo at Sunflower but not anything on 1st or 2nd floors, sadly.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
