Your morning coffee; or evening cocktail; can be enjoyed on any of five decks that overlook beautiful surroundings. On the first floor you'll find a spacious open floor plan that allows for entertaining while watching a movie or cooking your favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The home is well stocked with games and puzzles for post beach fun. On the first floor there is also a charming bedroom with a queen bed and a private deck. On the second floor you will find two additional bedrooms; both with new king size beds; flat screen TVs; and separate full baths. The sunset from the two private decks on this level is breath taking. The third floor is furnished with a bunk bed that is perfect for a family or group of kids. This is a super cute little beach house! Very well decorated, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. I really only have 2 small complaints... It would be nice to incorporate a outdoor grill for outdoor enjoyment. Also the air conditioning was a little bit of a struggle to keep regulated. More complicated than it should have to be.

Deposits

If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.

Cancellations

After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
