Summer Vibes home was beautiful, modern and had everything we needed. Location near the pool was great and the AC garage with games for the kids helped with all the rain. Rained a lot but the home was so comfortable we all enjoyed hanging out inside too. Still a lot of construction of new homes, but did not bother us any. It may bother some if you are looking for a quite weekend. Access to the beach was easy and not a long golf cart ride into town, VIA the beach road. Would return

A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.

Cancellations

After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
