As you enter this charming home you are greeted with an open floor plan including the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Unique architectural features truly set this home apart! The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of room for more than one chef. The dining table has ample seating for all your guests to dine after a day at the beach. Lounge in the living area and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen HDTV.
When you and your guests are ready to turn in for the night, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable beds and ceiling fans to keep you cool every night. The primary suite features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The third bedroom offers a twin-size bunk bed with a daybed and twin trundle.

This was our first time staying in Old Town. We loved the accessibility to everything in Port A from this house. Walking distance to everything, beach, shops, restaurants. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. We loved our stay and will be coming back.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
