As you enter the three-story home’s main floor, you are greeted by an open floor plan with a seaside feel. The entry level hosts a comfortable living room with plush sofas and custom-designed lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully loaded with high-end appliances and all the equipment needed to prepare memorable meals at home. Enjoy your meals at the spacious dining room table, with seating for eight guests.
The private apartment suite is located on the ground level with access from two locations. This room offers a king-size bed and a twin-over-full-size bunk bed. This suite has a kitchenette, a spacious living area and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms with two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the fourth has a twin-size bed and twin-size bunk beds.

Village Walk neighborhood rules: the property manager will provide four parking passes upon your arrival. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed at Village Walk. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no street parking or parking in red zones.

The home was lovely and fit our family perfectly; however, the parking was not appropriate for our larger trucks that we drive. At times, others were parked in our spots. Definitely will not be going back to a gated area. We always have had great service from Silver Sands!

I had no idea the views from the living room (3rd level) would be so amazing. Even the views from the Master Bedroom (2nd level) were incredible. What a great house! The pool is smaller than expected but the kids still had a great time playing in it. Loved this house.

Nice, comfortable, clean, easy access to all Port A has to offer. Bonus surprise was the elevator, making packing heavy items from the top floor to the car easy. Can’t wait to go back.

Details
Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
