It has soaring shiplapped ceilings; a light; airy color palate; wood accented walls and a beautifully tiled spa bath. It's nestled in the dunes; but close enough to the ocean to hear the waves crash. This space lives like the finest luxury hotel suites with a perfect floorplan for two people. Professionally decorated and featuring an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed with luxury linens and a custom-made sofa with a chaise lounge that is perfect to relax and cozy-up for Netflix and chill on the large swivel-mounted; 55' flatscreen TV. The kitchenette has everything you'll need to prepare a meal; with gas cooking; a convection/microwave oven combo; dishwasher; farm sink and touch on/off faucet. A marble-topped pedestal table for two sits in front of the double sided fireplace that gives you the option of dining inside. An abundance of windows allows you to take in the view of the dunes; with custom top-down/bottom-up window shades to let in all the natural light or completely darken the space. A separate spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub; double sided fireplace; double vanity; indoor shower that opens up to an outdoor shower; huge master closet with Elfa shelving; plenty of storage and a full sized washer and dryer. Great condo! It had all the amenities, was very clean and in working order. The bathroom was huge and we loved that it had a washer and dryer. It was quiet and private and we enjoyed how convenient it was to the beach and to town! We will definitely return.

We loved our time at Kemosabe. Everything was great, comfortable, and quiet. We had beach chairs set-up, which was nice, stress-free way to relax once we found them. The pool area was a very nice bonus as well. Check in and out was very easy as well. We really enjoyed Sunflower Beach and will return.

the 1st day we were provided a golf cart that had issues working and the condo had ants. Other than that the stay was fun, this is our third time to the resort and really enjoy it.

The one bed room was perfect for our quick stay in Port A. Check in was smooth. The room was very clean and very cool. The beach set up was always ready for us. If I had to be picky the beach area for our set up was not raked as advertised.

If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.

Cancellations

After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
