Perfect for enjoying a five-star beach retreat, this sophisticated yet cozy cottage is a two-bedroom, two-bath, pet-friendly vacation rental ideally suited for a friends’ getaway, a couple’s retreat or a family vacation for up to eight. You’ll find two parking spaces available for your cottage. If you choose to rent a golf cart, you may keep your golf cart in one of your two available two spaces, as there is no overflow parking. Parking is not available in the retail area.
Live the coastal lifestyle at Old Town Cottages. Each cottage features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and two sets of twin-over-twin bunkbeds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom features a sleek design and comes with a 40-inch flat-screen Smart TV. A queen sleeper sofa rounds out the sleeping arrangements in the living room. Each cottage has two full baths, including one in the primary bedroom with its own full bath and walk-in shower.

There were three adults and three children, six and under, who stated in this condo. It was clean and neat and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the condo. We all loved the pool! The staff at Silver Sands were very polite, professional and kind. When we first got in the condo, there was no coffee pot or a broom so I bought these items from the dollar store. I was quickly reimbursed from the company. Cheryl took care of me. I would highly recommend this condo and I will stay there again in the future.

We loved the cottage! It was bright and clean and had everything we needed. Only suggestion is more hooks to hang towels etc on. Our first night was interrupted around 3am by a chirp from the smoke detector mthat went on all night and then finally just quit. We figured a low battery so called for help. It started chirping again before we went to bed the 2nd night and no one had showed up so we just disconnected it. The maintenance guy came the next day when we were packing up to leave, said there was miscommunication between day calls, and after hours. It happens! We will definitely stay here again. Overall great location and really nice cottages. Thank you!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Old Town Cottage Unit 03. Very comfortable king bed in master and the perfect size for two people and our dog. Had all the comforts of home and located close to everything. Very clean and enough grassy area for our dog. Silver Sands was very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay a day and easy to check in and out with door codes. They also sent someone right away when the smoke detector started chirping in the early morning. Cons: Unit 03 was not as easily accessed as Unit 09-12, but not a big deal, just would have been easier to park right next to your unit. The kitchen was not as fully equipped as some of the places we have rented in Port A. A pair of scissors would be nice to have and a K-cup option. Overall, we enjoyed 4 nights there and would book again.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
