I give it a thumbs down, but if the cleanliness improves and some of the issues it would be a thumbs up. The washer leaks because the door doesn't shut tight; the towel racks are loose (and one came off) because they are not anchored to a stud; the over was dirty and needs to be looked at as it doesn't heat up. We cooked French fries that should have taken 30 minutes took over 50. There are racoons w/babies living underneath the house and they make quite the raucous at night. And out last night there, some of family actually saw them.

Our 3 family group of 11 loved this place. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and tons of space in the kitchen and living/dining area kept us from ever feeling crowded. TVs in every bedroom ensures folks can hide out if they get tired of group time. Private pool was amazing! Outdoor shower and water hose made after-beach clean-up a breeze. There’s even a poolside bathroom! Location is easy-access to town and beach making golf cart travel a breeze. Air conditioner worked GREAT. I cannot over-emphasize how important that was! Kitchen was well-equipped with Kuerig, regular coffee pot, and huge pot for seafood boil, which we did. Only complaint: no balls for foosball table. And basketballs could use more air. We will def stay here again.

We had an amazing time in Port Aransas made even better by the wonderful accommodations. Silver Sands made our, “vacation property experience” a fabulous one. They promptly responded anytime I had a question leading up to our trip. We drove from SC and at no time was I worried abt anything concerning our vacation home or plans. They were in communication with us the day before our arrival making sure everything was in order to assure a smooth checkin. Everything was as stated in the description. No surprises….. the golf cart that came with the property was in good condition. We will not hesitate to use Silver Sands anytime possible. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.
