You’ll find two parking spaces available for your cottage. Rent a golf cart for a quick and fun access to the beach and around town and park it in your 2nd spot! Please know there is no overflow parking especially in the retail area.
Live the coastal lifestyle at Old Town Cottages! Each cottage features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and two sets of twin-over-twin bunks in the second bedroom. Each bedroom features a sleek design and comes with a 40-inch flat-screen Smart TV. A queen sleeper sofa rounds out the sleeping arrangements in the living room. Each cottage has two full baths, including one in the primary bedroom with its own full bath and walk-in shower.
The dual kitchen and living spaces have everything you need to relax in comfort and style, including a 50-inch Smart TV. The modern kitchen features granite countertops, state-of-the-art stainless appliances and all the equipment necessary to prepare everything from a quick beach snack to a gourmet meal. There’s also a washer/dryer combo in this area to allow you to refresh the provided supply of bath towels as needed.
Relax at pool side (cool in the summer and warm in the winter), where you’ll find two restrooms, a vending machine and an ice maker. The walkability of this cottage was great. It’s close to a bunch of restaurants and bars. The Showers weee great as well. However, If you don’t want to be up all night on the weekends listening to the music from the saloon next door or the trucks going in and out of the parking lot maybe choose somewhere else. The smoke smell was very strong and is even lingering on our clothes.

We LOVED It!!! Cottage size was perfect for us. Nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again or in one of the other cottages. And the pool was perfect to cool off in the evening. A nice swim to end the day!

THE BED: The master bedroom bed was AMAZING. The most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. BUT: There are no curtains. Blinds, but no curtains to help the blaring bright lights at night from the complex, and being right behind the Salty Dog...be prepared to have a ton of light in the room all night. NOISE: The condo is right next to the pool, but right across from picnic tables, and the BBQ pits. Other guests had their music super loud and thats all we heard for hours. Just be aware if you choose this condo, and people are outside, you will hear them, very well. You will also hear noise from the bar as the bedroom faces the parking lot. There is a coffee maker, but no coffee pot. So we had to hold our cups under the ancient coffee pot to brew coffee. On the last day, we loaded the dishwasher and behold..found lots of dishes in there and the coffee pot. Never thought we would have to unload the dishwasher first to get what we needed. THE POOL: The most disgusting pool I have ever seen. GREEN...cloudy, BUGS...it was terrible. We literally could not see the bottom of the pool it was so gross. So many water bugs floating on the top and in the corners like it had not ever been cleaned or chlorinated.It was very disappointing after a long day at the beach, and no refreshing fresh water to dip in to. For this, we will never stay at this location again. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The unit was clean-ish. The AC worked great, bring a fan to help drown out the noise outside the unit.
