Enjoy time with your family in the spacious living room which offers a Smart flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The queen-size futon sofa is available for additional sleeping. The nook off the living room has a queen-size futon which is a great place to check emails or read a book after a day at the beach. The dining area offers seating for six with an additional two at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a full-size bed and a twin-size bed with a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is located across the hall from the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has access to the balcony to enjoy the evening breeze.
The beach is a short 300-yard walk down the private access. Ray's Retreat has an oversized patio that overlooks the bay and the ocean. There are charcoal grills on the premises. Port Aransas is approximately four miles north with plenty of restaurants or you may find it relaxing to shop in the many shops available. You can get fresh shrimp right off the boats or if you prefer, fish on one of the many charters available. Grab your clubs and golf at the world-class championship golf course just up the road.
One parking space is available with limited additional guest parking. Boats and trailers are allowed with size restrictions. This condo is not ADA accessible.

We wish we could stay longer- clean, nicely decorated and comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed the private access to the beach. The hot tub and pool are nice as well. Bring beach chairs!

We booked based on location and the pictures, but the walk to get to the boardwalk was quite a ways away. It says it sleeps 7, but couldn’t find extra linens. There were no coffee filters. The place is a little banged up and a little dirty- chair was dirty, pillows were stained, throw pillows dirty, just needs some more tlc and for the price you are paying it should be spotless.

Was a wonderful place to stay. So roomy and clean. Hope to stay there many more times in the future. The beach was easily accessible. Lots of nice restaurants in the area.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
