This open and inviting three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is spacious and perfect for families. Head upstairs into the modern and beachy kitchen, fully stocked and ready to help the family chef prepare delicious meals. The dining room is situated between the living room and kitchen, making it easy to eat dinner and entertain alike! In the living room, the sectional couch welcomes guests to gather for the big game. A cozy balcony connected through the living room opens the space even further.
On the first floor, you’ll find two large guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers a twin-over-full-size bunk bed and direct access to the backyard. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom.

Off the main road but right next to central Port A while also being 1 min away from the beach by golf cart. The condo feels almost brand new with all the amenities you could need and the pool is gorgeous. Can't wait to stay again!!

The house and property were incredible. It was all setup. Beds were comfortable. Everything works well. The pool is the nicest in town.

Everything was nice besides the floors being absolutely filthy upon our arrival and throughout our stay including a roach… not sure if the roaches are a thing around this area though. The blinds on the living room door are broken and will not go down, so they stayed wide open the whole stay. The Tv in one of the downstairs rooms does not work. The golf cart was so old and worn… but did get us from point A to point B. The washer and dryer were so helpful. The ice maker fridge was very convenient. The pool was very nice and well taken care of.

We stayed for the first time at these condos this weekend and we’re really pleased. The condo was clean and comfortable and a perfect layout for my family. My husband and I had the downstairs room next to the bunk room that our daughters shared, giving my dad the upstairs primary bedroom which worked out so well. I love that a gold cart was included and it is so convenient having a parking spot directly in front of our condo especially for unpacking and repacking the car! It is a quick golf cart ride to the beach and into town. The only downside was the pool got a little rowdy at night and wasn’t the best for little kids- but would be perfect otherwise. We would for sure stay here again.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
