The owners of this spacious home recently meticulously updated the furnishings and decor to enhance the experience for their guests. The entrance leads directly into the open-concept living space offering the perfect layout for entertaining and relaxing. The well-appointed living room boasts ample seating and 52-inch smart TV with free Netflix and leads directly to a large dining table and fully equipped cook's kitchen with bar seating.
The stylishly decorated primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, smart TV, office area, private en-suite bath and furnished private deck overlooking the front yard. The two guest bedrooms feature attractive décor, comfy queen-size beds and 40-inch smart TVs. The spacious bunk room provides two twin-over-twin-size bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. The bunk room is located upstairs at the back of the house, so the kids can go to bed early while the adults can continue to entertain downstairs and outdoors. There is a furnished covered deck area off the second-floor hallway as well.

Enjoyed our stay. We had a large family so we had enough room to spread out and have our own space. Convenience to both the beach and town was critical to us and Latitude Adjustment fit that need. We had a problem opening one of the doors to the upstairs deck. Maintenance arrived within 30 minutes and had the issue fixed. I would stay here again.

We loved Latitude Adjustment! The house was so nice and clean with all the amenities you need. Plenty of room for our family and friends and in great condition. You can tell it is very well maintained. The living area was so comfortable and we made family dinner several nights(completely stocked kitchen)- one of my favorite memories of our trip. We sat on the wrap around porch in the evening, made margaritas in the blender and played board games or watched tv relaxing on the couch . During the day we went to the beach which is very close and there are two pools on property that were great to swim in on the day we wanted to stay close to the house. The property is so beautiful and easy access. We rented a golf cart and cruised around town, so much fun! Make sure to reserve it early, I could have saved a few bucks if I had. I highly recommend Latitude Adjustment and can’t wait to go back!

Great house, easy access to everything by car or golf cart which was important having to cart babies back and forth for naps. Quiet at night and great outdoor space to hang while the kids slept. This was a great stay in a wonderful house!

We had an awesome stay at Latitude Adjustment! Village Walk is a beautiful, gated community with a nice pool and grounds. It was conveniently located near town and close to the beach. The house was clean, nicely decorated/furnished, and had tons of outdoor space. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
