The location of this unit was perfect and it is a very quiet unit. We could not hear the neighbors at all. It was very clean and comfortable. It has most things you need but maybe a few extra towels on hand would make it exceptional! Overall, it was a great choice and we would stay there again.

Had a wonderful time & house was great. Just needed more wash rags & also need to list that it only comes with a 4 seater golf cart. We had to upgrade to a 6 seater. If you have a house that sleeps 8 you need to have a golf cart that fits that many.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
