The open-concept floor plan with comfortable furnishings is perfect for guests to gather together and make memories. The living room has a large Smart TV and plush chairs and sofas, perfect for a movie night after a long day of adventures. The sleeper sofa is perfect for extra guests. If you and your family wish to prepare meals at home, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that comfortably seats six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Spend time on your private balcony and kick your feet up as you enjoy the ocean breeze.

Downstairs, guests will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs, you’ll find a second primary bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The third level of Hello Sunshine offers yet another spacious primary suite with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom.

Overflow of parking was a problem. We observed a group who hosted a party in pool area , so invited guests took the spaces for the overflow parking. These guests were not from the Beachside Condo Resort. This created hostility and frustration at the end of our stay. Overall We enjoyed our stay at your establishment!!

Deposits

If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.

Cancellations

After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
