The first-floor private guest suite features a kitchenette, full bathroom, queen-size bed, queen-size futon and twin-over-full-size bed. It features a Wii Gaming System and 60-inch flat-screen TV. The second floor has three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-size bed, private bathroom and private balcony access. The third and fourth bedrooms have queen-size beds and share a bathroom. All guest bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs. A laundry closet is also available for your use on this level. On the third floor of Mac and Jacs, you’ll find the open living space featuring the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped for even the pickiest of chefs! Village Walk neighborhood rules: the property manager will provide four parking passes upon your arrival. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed at Village Walk. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no street parking or parking in red zones.

Elevator was not working. No one came out to repair while we were there. House could have been cleaner. 2nd floor bath tub did not drain good. No cleaning tools for sweeping up sand brought in from beach. Needs a broom, mop, and vacuume. More towels needed for bathrooms, no towels available in kitchen. Birds on family room balcony prevented us from sitting out side. Bird poop everywhere on this deck when we arrived. Grills are old and in bad shape. Prevented us from cooking outside. Good location from the beach. Overall a good stay.

Nice house! Good location. Was not notified that the elevator wouldn’t be operational until after we were checked in, lot of stairs for older people. Poor lighting on stairs at night. NOT enough towels for 12 people which fortunately we didn’t have that many. Warning bring paper towels, dishwasher detergent,napkins, trash bags and toilet paper. For the price it should be supplied with more than a half roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Golf cart was old and rusty. Decks and backyard needed cleaning and wiped down. We enjoyed ourselves but basic amenities would have been nice for the price!

The place itself is great. Having the golf cart is a near necessity as it would be a decent walk to the beach (while trying to lug all your stuff.) There is a boardwalk very close by that can be seen when you're on the rooftop, but the boardwalk is for private use only for the neighborhood it is located in. Amazing kitchen and living area with great natural lighting.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
